How to Initiate Deletion

1. First, use the account deletion entry provided in the Tangren IM app and complete identity confirmation as prompted.
2. If your app version does not provide an entry, you can no longer log in, or the account was assigned by an enterprise administrator, please send a request from the work email associated with the account to ucvip168@gmail.com.
3. In the email, please provide: the account identifier, the affiliated enterprise or workspace (if applicable), and a clear statement requesting "deletion of the account and associated data." Do not send passwords, full ID documents, or unrelated sensitive information.

Identity Verification and Enterprise Accounts

To prevent malicious deletion by others, we will verify identity in a manner proportionate to the risk, for example by requiring confirmation from a bound email, re-login, or verification by the affiliated enterprise administrator. If the account was created by an enterprise, we may need to coordinate with the enterprise administrator; this does not replace permanent deletion with mere account deactivation.

Scope of Deletion

After verification, we will delete or irreversibly de-identify the data controlled by the Company and directly associated with the account, including account data, identity credentials, push tokens, and identifiable usage records, and will process related customer conversations and uploaded content in accordance with the enterprise customer's lawful instructions. Copies independently held by other participants in a conversation, and statistical information that has already been lawfully de-identified and can no longer be associated with you, are not account data that can be deleted from their systems.

Processing Time and Limited Retention

We generally complete the process within 30 days of receiving a complete and verifiable request, and send you a confirmation. Encrypted backups after active-system deletion are cleared with the rotation cycle, usually no longer than 90 days. If laws, taxes, litigation, security incidents, or anti-fraud obligations require the retention of limited records, we will isolate that data, restrict its use, and delete it after the retention obligation expires.

Before You Delete

• Deletion is generally irreversible; once completed, you will not be able to log in or recover account data.
• Please complete conversation handover or data export in accordance with enterprise policy first.
• Deleting a Tangren IM account will not automatically cancel external subscriptions managed by Apple, Google, or other parties; if any subscriptions exist, please manage them separately on the relevant platform.
