What to know before getting started.
- Accounts come from your companyTangren IM is for company support teams. Accounts are normally created and issued by your company or system administrator — there is no self sign-up.
- Consistent across clientsOnce signed in on any client, conversation records and account settings stay in sync.
- Notification permissionAfter installing, allow Tangren IM to send notifications in system settings, or you may miss new message alerts.
- If something goes wrongFor installation or sign-in problems, check the Help Center or contact us by email.
